2024 Annual General Meeting (Exclusive to Regular Members)

CFA Society Hong Kong has participated in the CFA Societies Global Passport Program which allows CFA society members to enjoy local society member rate at selected events like this luncheon. Members of non-CFA Society Hong Kong CFA Institute societies qualify to attend this event at CFA Society Hong Kong member rates. Please contact CFA Society Hong Kong at events@cfahk.org to register.

Remarks

• Registration is required and no walk-in will be accommodated.
• If you have any discomfort or flu symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
• Only registered participants are allowed to stay and attend the event.
• Substitutions are permitted. Please inform us by Monday, 23rd September 2024, if you need to make such arrangements. The substitute must also be a member of the CFA Society Hong Kong.
• The event organizers reserve the right to change the format or date of the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

• The event will be conducted in English.
• This event is not eligible for any CPT/PL credit hours, no attendance certificates will be issued to attendees.
• The mini sacoches are given as souvenirs to members who attended the event. Registrants who did not show up at the event will not be entitled to such souvenirs.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings when attending the event. The Society shall not be responsible for any loss of personal property.
• For attendance-taking purposes, participants’ names and company names (if any) may be given to the speakers of this event.
• Should there be any changes to the event dates and other arrangements, we will notify participants via SMS and/or email. Notices will also be posted on the Society’s website. Please stay alert with our notifications.
• In the event of any disputes, the Society reserves the right of final decision.
